ABOUT GINNA

I didn't set out to study leadership.

I set out to understand people.

Over the course of my career—working in fashion, interior design, organizational consulting, and leadership development—I noticed something that kept repeating itself.

The problems people brought into the room were rarely the real problems.

Behind difficult conversations, founder burnout, stalled teams, decision fatigue, and organizational friction, there were almost always deeper patterns shaping what was happening.

That observation changed the direction of my work.

Today I partner with founders, executives, and leadership teams to help them recognize the hidden patterns influencing the way they lead, communicate, and make decisions.

Because meaningful change doesn't begin with another productivity system or leadership technique.

It begins with awareness.

My Approach

Leadership isn't something we perform.

It's something we practice every day through our decisions, relationships, assumptions, and habits.

My work combines:

  • Organizational psychology

  • Leadership development

  • Executive coaching

  • Team facilitation

  • Reflective practice

to help leaders better understand themselves before attempting to change everyone else.

The Lens Behind My Work

My work is informed by years of studying leadership, organizational psychology, coaching, and human behavior.

While these disciplines have shaped my thinking, they did not create my perspective—they gave language and structure to patterns I had been observing throughout my career.

Working across creative industries and alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams, I became increasingly curious about the invisible forces shaping the way people lead, communicate, make decisions, and relate to one another. Again and again, I found that the challenges leaders faced were rarely just tactical. More often, they reflected deeper patterns operating beneath the surface.

My continued study helps me understand those patterns more deeply and bring greater clarity to the leaders and teams I serve.

Professional Development

  • IPEC Professional Coach Certification (2018)

  • Positive Intelligence Master Program (2020)

  • Human Design Studies (beginning in 2019)

  • Quantum Human Design Certification (2024)

  • Continuing Education, C.G. Jung Institute (2025–present)

Every engagement begins with one question.

What's really driving the way you lead?

Different leaders arrive with different challenges.

Some are carrying too much.

Some struggle to delegate.

Some avoid conflict.

Some are leading teams through significant change.

The visible challenge is rarely the whole story.

Together, we uncover the hidden patterns shaping what's happening and identify practical ways to create lasting change.

“The problem is rarely a lack of talent.
More often, it’s a lack of awareness around what is actually driving the way we work, lead, and live.”

Testimonial

In my first call with Ginna I quickly realized that she was able to wear all of the hats and helped me organize the multitude of thoughts and ideas circulating in my head. Her biggest strength is that she is an intuitive listener, one of the very best. Not only does she hear every word but she is able to repeat it back to you in a way that feels like you’ve never heard it before. In a one-hour session she was quickly able to help pull out all the best parts of me which helped me focus on those things to keep taking the next steps to move forward with launching my company.
