🌿 ABOUT GINNA
Realignment Guide for Life, Love & Leadership
I help people who feel like they’ve lived their entire life doing what they should do—and are now wondering why they still feel empty.
🌿 My Story
For years, I chased success the way I thought I was supposed to.
I followed the expert advice, checked every box, and shaped myself around everyone else’s expectations of who I should be. On paper, my life looked impressive — but inside, I felt disconnected from myself, my work, my relationships, and my own sense of direction.
Everything began to change when I stopped searching for answers outside myself and started listening to the quiet instincts I had been overriding for years. That choice marked the beginning of my realignment — not just in my career, but in who I loved, how I led, created, and made decisions.
As I began stitching the disconnected parts of myself back together, I became fascinated by what truly fuels fulfillment: meaning, energy, and the courage to bring your whole self into every part of your life. That curiosity led to collaborations with world-class artists, immersive design experiences, and events that inspired connection and expression — and, eventually, to a love I never thought would be possible for me.
For the first time, in a long time, I felt alive — present, purposeful, and aligned.
And I realized something essential:
Extraordinary work, love, and leadership don’t come from trying harder.
They come from alignment — from integrating who we are with how we live.
When you realign, things don’t suddenly get easy — they get true.
You stop pretending at work.
You stop shrinking in relationships.
You stop betraying yourself in the decisions that matter.
You choose the partner who chooses you back.
You spend your energy where it actually makes a difference.
And you finally feel like you’re living your own life.
This is the foundation of everything I teach today.
Realignment isn’t about reinventing your entire life.
It’s about returning to yourself — and letting that truth shape how you work, how you love, and how you lead.
🌿 My Experience
From my years in fashion at Giorgio Armani and other iconic brands, to my work in interiors and my time as Creative Director at WOVEN and Chair of the West Hollywood Design District, my through line has always been the same:
Helping people and teams cut through the noise, reconnect to their essence, and express it with confidence, purpose, and clarity.
Today, as a Creative Leadership & Realignment Guide, I bring that same lens of clarity, creativity, and reinvention into my coaching — guiding ambitious professionals and creative leaders to rebuild alignment between who they are and what they do.
I’ve led retreats and leadership development programs for brands including Salt Hotels, Château Marmont, Warp & Weft, Castle Maison, STOCK Studio, and Armadillo. I’ve also supported professionals across industries — from finance to entertainment — in redefining success, rebuilding confidence, and rediscovering fulfillment without burnout.
🌿 My Belief
Success isn’t about how much you achieve —
it’s about whether your life feels like it actually belongs to you.
Realignment is the moment you stop shaping yourself around expectations
and start choosing what feels true, meaningful, and right for you now.
This work is about returning to what matters,
listening to the voice you’ve been overriding,
and creating a life you recognize as your own.
“Real success begins the moment you stop abandoning yourself and start listening to what’s true.”

Testimonial
In my first call with Ginna I quickly realized that she was able to wear all of the hats and helped me organize the multitude of thoughts and ideas circulating in my head. Her biggest strength is that she is an intuitive listener, one of the very best. Not only does she hear every word but she is able to repeat it back to you in a way that feels like you’ve never heard it before. In a one-hour session she was quickly able to help pull out all the best parts of me which helped me focus on those things to keep taking the next steps to move forward with launching my company.
