ABOUT GINNA

Leadership Advisor & Communication Strategist

work at the intersection of work, leadership, communication, and human behavior.

My background spans fashion, interiors, and creative direction — industries where relationships, trust, communication, and leadership often determine whether people and ideas thrive.

Across every chapter of my career, one pattern has remained consistent:

My goal has always been to create the conditions for people to fulfill more of their potential.

Over time, I became fascinated by what helps people thrive — and what prevents them from doing so.

Again and again, I found that awareness has the power to change everything.

This is the work I do.


Professional Background

I began my career in fashion, working with Giorgio Armani

and other global brands, where I learned how identity, communication, and positioning influence the way organizations operate — internally and externally.

From there, I moved into interiors and design, eventually becoming Creative Director at WOVEN and later serving as Chair of the West Hollywood Design District.

These roles gave me direct experience inside creative businesses:
how leadership shapes culture,
how communication impacts trust and collaboration,
how pressure affects decision-making,
and how quickly people lose connection to the work when the way they are operating no longer feels sustainable or aligned.

After that chapter, I stepped out on my own as a creative strategist, working with companies including:

  • Snyder Diamond

  • Custom Comfort Mattress

  • Marc Phillips

  • Legaspi Courts Design, where I produced a showhouse

Working independently clarified something I had already been observing for years:

Most people are not struggling because they lack talent or ambition.

They struggle because fear, pressure, and long-held assumptions quietly shape the way they work, communicate, lead, and make decisions — often without fully realizing it.

I became increasingly interested in the gap between what people say they want and the ways they unconsciously resist moving toward it.

And in how rarely we stop long enough to examine why we want what we want in the first place.


Training & Development

In 2018, I formalized the psychological dimension of my work through professional coach training.

My training includes:

• IPEC Professional Coach Certification (2018)
• Positive Intelligence Master Program (2020)
• Human Design Studies (beginning in 2019)
• Quantum Human Design Certification (2024)
• Continuing Education, C.G. Jung Institute (2025–present)

These frameworks did not change my perspective.
They gave language and structure to patterns I had already been observing for years inside creative industries, leadership roles, and high-pressure work environments.

I became increasingly interested in the unconscious dynamics shaping the way people work, communicate, pursue success, and make decisions — especially the tension between what people say they want and the fears, habits, or identities that quietly keep them operating in familiar ways.


What That Means in Practice

I do not provide rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all solutions.

And I do not rush people toward reinvention before understanding what is actually creating the tension in the first place.

My work begins by slowing the process down long enough to examine the patterns, pressures, assumptions, and dynamics shaping the way someone works, communicates, leads, and makes decisions.

From there, we identify what needs to shift.

Sometimes that involves practical changes in leadership, communication, boundaries, team dynamics, positioning, or the way work itself is structured.

Other times, the deeper work is psychological:
understanding fear, self-protection, identity, people-pleasing, over-functioning, or the unconscious patterns influencing behavior beneath the surface.

Occasionally, the work opens unexpected opportunities, collaborations, or new directions entirely.

But the goal is always the same:

greater clarity, more honest decision-making, stronger communication, and a way of working and leading that feels sustainable rather than performative.
