About Ginna

My story

I spent the first 18 years of my career following other people’s advice about what success should look like. I listened more to external voices than to my own instincts — and though my career looked impressive on paper, it never felt like mine. I was constantly shape-shifting to fit other people’s expectations, and it was exhausting.

Everything changed when I finally decided to trust myself — to follow my instincts, my ideas, and my strengths. That decision marked the beginning of my reinvention.

As I stepped into creative leadership roles, I became curious about purpose, direction, and what truly allows people and brands to reach their potential. That curiosity unlocked something powerful in me. It led to limited-edition rug collaborations with world-renowned street artists, curating global design experiences, and creating experiential events that kept my community of clients and collaborators deeply engaged.

For the first time, I felt fully alive in my work — aligned, expressive, and creatively free. I realized that what allows people and organizations to stand out isn’t strategy alone; it’s integration — bringing who we are into everything we do.

That belief became my guiding philosophy and ultimately the foundation of my coaching work:

When we integrate who we are into what we do, we stand out naturally.
When we honor what makes us different, we unlock our potential.
When we trust ourselves, clarity and creativity follow.

From my years in fashion at Giorgio Armani and other iconic brands, to my work in interiors and my time as Creative Director at WOVEN and Chair of the West Hollywood Design District, my through line has always been the same — helping people and teams cut through the noise, reconnect to who they are, and express it with confidence and clarity.

Today, I bring that same lens of clarity and reinvention into my coaching practice—guiding individuals and teams through transitions that lead to meaningful, sustainable growth.

I’ve led retreats and leadership development programs for creative and hospitality brands like Salt Hotels, Château Marmont, Warp & Weft, Castle Maison, STOCK Studio, and Armadillo.

I’ve supported professionals across industries—from finance to entertainment—through reinvention, helping them clarify their next chapter, rebuild confidence, and expand without exhaustion.

Because success isn’t just about achievement. It’s about alignment.

When we learn to evolve with intention, our growth becomes not just measurable—but meaningful.

“Real success begins when you stop chasing and start realigning—with purpose, clarity, and intention.”

Testimonial

In my first call with Ginna I quickly realized that she was able to wear all of the hats and helped me organize the multitude of thoughts and ideas circulating in my head. Her biggest strength is that she is an intuitive listener, one of the very best. Not only does she hear every word but she is able to repeat it back to you in a way that feels like you’ve never heard it before. In a one-hour session she was quickly able to help pull out all the best parts of me which helped me focus on those things to keep taking the next steps to move forward with launching my company.
