ABOUT GINNA

Structural Strategist | Coach | Advisor

I work at the intersection of life, work, and leadership.

My background spans fashion, interiors, and creative direction — industries where positioning, structure, and execution determine whether something performs or collapses.

Across every chapter of my career, one pattern has remained consistent:

When the structure supports the vision, organizations perform.
When it doesn’t, even strong talent stalls.

This is the work I do.

Professional Background

I began my career in fashion, working with Giorgio Armani and other global brands, where I learned how identity and positioning influence how organizations operate — internally and externally.

From there, I moved into interiors and design, eventually becoming Creative Director at WOVEN and later serving as Chair of the West Hollywood Design District.

These roles gave me direct experience inside creative businesses — how leadership decisions are made, how teams function under pressure, and how quickly momentum deteriorates when the underlying structure isn’t sound.

After that chapter, I stepped out on my own as a creative strategist, working with companies including:

Snyder Diamond
Custom Comfort Mattress
Marc Phillips
Legaspi Courts Design (
where I produced a showhouse)

Working independently clarified something I had already been observing for years:

Talent wasn’t the issue.
Ambition wasn’t the issue.
Structure was.

Training & Development

In 2018, I formalized the psychological dimension of my work through professional coach training at IPEC.

My training includes:

• IPEC Professional Coach Certification (2018)
• Positive Intelligence Master Program (2020)
• Human Design Studies (beginning in 2019)
• Quantum Human Design Certification (2024)
• Continuing Education, C.G. Jung Institute (2025–present)

These frameworks did not change my lens.
They sharpened it.

High-functioning people rarely fail because they lack ambition.

They struggle when the structure they’re operating within no longer reflects who they’ve become.

What That Means in Practice

I don’t provide templates.
I don’t prescribe formulas.
And I don’t rush reinvention.

I slow the process down long enough to diagnose what’s structural — and what’s circumstantial.

Then we redesign intelligently.

Sometimes that includes strategic recalibration of roles, pricing, leadership, or partnerships.

Sometimes it includes psychological work around decision-making and identity.

Occasionally, it includes strategic introductions or expanded access.

Always, it includes clarity.

Because when the structure fits, performance follows.

“Most people don’t need a new career. They need a better structure.”

Testimonial

In my first call with Ginna I quickly realized that she was able to wear all of the hats and helped me organize the multitude of thoughts and ideas circulating in my head. Her biggest strength is that she is an intuitive listener, one of the very best. Not only does she hear every word but she is able to repeat it back to you in a way that feels like you’ve never heard it before. In a one-hour session she was quickly able to help pull out all the best parts of me which helped me focus on those things to keep taking the next steps to move forward with launching my company.
