From Exhaustion to Alignment
Founder of The Resiliency Lab, I help women redesign the way they work and live—from the inside out.
I used to think I just needed to work harder.
Push through. Keep proving. Keep performing.
But under all the success, I was exhausted—
from doing work that didn’t feel like mine,
from trying to be who I thought I should be.
It took me years (and more than a few detours) to realize:
I didn’t need to become someone new.
I needed to come home to myself.
Now, I help women do the same.
This isn’t a space for self-improvement.
It’s a space for remembering.
Remembering your rhythm.
Your truth.
Your way of working, living, and leading—
the one that fuels you, not drains you.
Welcome home.
🌿 Your Uniqueness Is Your Superpower
The way you naturally work, lead, and create
was never meant to be fixed.
It was meant to be honored.
True success doesn’t come from following someone else’s formula.
It comes from embracing your voice, your rhythm,
and the quiet wisdom that’s been with you all along.
My mission is to help you untangle from the stories that no longer serve you—
to gently release the patterns that keep you stuck,
and return to the strengths, values, and vision that were always yours.
Because exhaustion isn’t a failure.
It’s an invitation.
To pause.
To realign.
To create a way of working that feels like you—
clear, creative, and deeply sustainable.
For 17 years, I pushed myself to fit into roles
that never truly aligned with who I was.
I chased expectations that didn’t feel like mine—
measuring success by someone else’s definition.
Everything shifted when I stopped striving to fit in
and started honoring my natural way of working—
my strengths, my rhythm, my voice.
That shift changed everything.
It led me to develop a human-centered approach
to leadership, creativity, and sustainable success—
one rooted in alignment, not performance.
Now, I share this work with professionals
who are ready to break free, realign,
and build success on their terms.
You weren’t meant to lead, create, or live by someone else’s rules.
Your best work doesn’t come from pushing harder
or performing perfectly.
It comes from realignment—
when your strengths, values, and natural rhythm
are finally working with you, not against you.
Through personalized coaching,
we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back
and reconnect you with the inner compass
you may have been taught to ignore.
We’ll integrate Human Design, holistic strategies,
and intuitive leadership principles
to help you build a way of working that’s not just sustainable—
but actually energizing.
This isn’t about proving anything.
It’s about leading and creating in a way
that feels natural, grounded, and uniquely yours.
✨ Together, we’ll:
✔ Reclaim your time and mental clarity—so you can focus on what truly matters
✔ Restore your vision and reignite your creative flow
✔ Lead and create with confidence—without burning out
✔ Show up fully and inspire others simply by being yourself

In my first call with Ginna I quickly realized that she was able to wear all of the hats and helped me organize the multitude of thoughts and ideas circulating in my head. Her biggest strength is that she is an intuitive listener, one of the very best. Not only does she hear every word but she is able to repeat it back to you in a way that feels like you’ve never heard it before. In a one-hour session she was quickly able to help pull out all the best parts of me which helped me focus on those things to keep taking the next steps to move forward with launching my company.
