Conquering the BIG Three
Workshop begins 1/15/20
My goal for 2020 is to empower 50 small businesses to exceed their business goals for the year. This is a goal that I actually massaged. Originally, I boldly announced that I wanted to help 200 women, and in my brain that did not seem possible. Since mindset is everything, I knew I had to make a change.
Changing the number from 200 to 50 is still a stretch, but to me it feels possible. And if it feels possible, then that means for me that it is possible and if I just keep focusing on that goal I know I will achieve it.
I tell you this now because I’ve started to create more ways to help small business owners at once, and the first one I want to talk about is my 12-week program: Conquering The BIG Three.
I believe that this program will actually bring you the results you are looking for but have not been able to achieve, and I will tell you why: No one has ever taught you the skills that I am going to teach you here.
I know that a lot of you have tried a lot of things, from PR, to redoing your website, to getting better photography and advertising. And I know that a lot of you still feel like you are in the same place you were a year ago. That is not what I want for you in 2020. I don’t want you working harder and not smarter. I don’t want you working with clients that don’t value your work, and I don’t want you to feel like you have to compromise your vision.
I want everything to change for you. I want you to wake up every morning with a smile on your face because you are excited about your day, your work, and your clients. I want you to know that you are running your business, it is not running you. I want you to recognize the value of your work and be able to raise your rates, if you so choose, from a place of grounded confidence.
You have the potential to do this. I promise you that if you really want to change, you can create change.
During this 12-week program, we are going to work on a lot of things:
We are going to work on clarifying the brand message and vision for your company and career.
We are going to create a plan and strategy for social media.
We are going to define your ideal client and formulate strategies to attract them.
And we are going to look at the value of your work, your beliefs around the value of your work, as well as your client’s beliefs.
Most importantly, we are going to look at how your mindset is affecting your ability to fully step into your work, especially in the areas of building your brand, marketing, social media strategy, and business development. Week after week, we are going to make shifts that will enable you to reach your goals and make more money.
Before you make the decision to move forward, I want you to consider your level of commitment to creating real change in your business. Where are you on a scale of 1-10 right now in areas of commitment? If you are not at a 10, then why aren’t you? Because this program is going to take effort and work on your part, I am here to guide you, support you, and coach you, but it is going to be up to you to do the work. So please make sure that you are at a 10 before you decide to move forward.
Here is how the program will work. We will meet weekly on Wednesday at noon PST on a Zoom video webinar. Each week we will concentrate on a different portion of one of The BIG Three which are:
Uncovering your brand message and vision for your career
Attracting the clients you want
Discovering the REAL value of the work you do
During each meeting I will present to the group for roughly 30-45 minutes, leaving 15-30 minutes for questions and coaching. The groups will be limited to six participants and you will be assigned an accountability partner within the group to check in with between our video calls.
Please take a moment to think about where you are now. Are you feeling overwhelmed by social media and unsure of how to put a proper plan together? Do you feel like you are lost in a sea of competition and unsure of how to make yourself stand out? Do you feel like you are underpaid and are continuously negotiating your value? Do you find yourself complaining about your clients, or worrying about where your next client is going to come from?
If you are feeling any of these things, I now want you to think about how your work would change if all of these challenges evaporated. What would would be different if your work was completely fulfilling and exactly the way you wanted it to be? How would you feel? Now really think about that, because that is what I am offering you here.
