In PART 2 of Creating Your Foundation, you will have the opportunity to take a Leadership Assessment. This tool is really key in understanding the kind of leader you are today as well as informs the kind of leader you may want to become. Once you receive your results you will want to watch the leadership debrief video. This will explain your results and give you an opportunity to discover patterns that may be keeping you stuck. It will point out your reactions to stress so that you can recognize them and make different choices if you want to. And it will reveal your strengths as it relates to both leader others as well as self leadership. Next we will dive into an ideal client exercise. This exercise will do 3 things for you. It will show you the effect that saying yes to someone who is not ideal has on your business. It will help you to create 5 pieces of criteria that define your ideal client so you know who to say yes and who to say no to. And it will give you clues into what languaging to use in your marketing materials to attract the ideal client. In the third segment, we are going to talk about marketing and why so many people feel like self promotion is icky. I will address the reasons for this icky and inauthentic feeling and give you the tools to market yourself in a way that you can feel good about.
