Everything that I am proud of that I have accomplished in my career as a Salesperson, a Creative Director, and a Consultant, was driven by the deep desire to help the creative professionals I served step into their fullest potential. My drive as a Coach remains the same, although now I don't just aim to inspire my clients; I aim to help them get to the root of what stops them from doing the things they know they need to do in order to accomplish their most audacious goals.

Whether you are looking to exceed your sales goals, create a healthy company culture, or build a more productive, purposeful and impactful team, this eight-week program is the basis for all of the work we will do. Developed to help you and your team to overcome overwhelm, navigate through imposter syndrome, & help you find more time in your day, we work together during these eight weeks to build the mental muscles you need to thrive even in the face of the most challenging times.

THE YEAR LONG PROGRAM

4 Three Hour Quarterly In Person Team Sessions

In these highly engaging sessions, we work together to insure that your team members feel valued, reinvigorated, and feel like a part of something bigger than themselves. To create more engagement, camaraderie, and a feeling of we vs. me, we invite your team members in to give feedback and perspective and give them the sense that they are helping to shape the company's future.

Increase the confidence of the team as a whole

2 one hour follow up sessions per person per quarter

In these sessions I work with each individuals on solving for their biggest challenges that get in the way of being fully engaged and productive at work.

1 one hour group session with the GCC Community per month

These monthly session were designed to give my clients a sense of community, accountability and support .

Positive Intelligence Program

Your team will gain access to the six-week Positive Intelligence program and will learn how to move from making decisions with their reactionary mind to their creative brain.

$2000 per month for a team of five
