After spending 16 years of my career feeling lost, hopeless, and miserable, I made it my mission to create a career for myself that was filled with meaning.  Drawing from my experience as a Creative Director, Chairwoman of the West Hollywood Design District, Creative Consultant, and Coach, I offer insights and tools to forge a creative path that excites and inspires rather than strains and drains.

Whether you are a business owner with 20 plus years of experience or just starting your career, in these sessions, I ask the simple but sometimes difficult questions that you rarely ask yourself, and serve as a mentor to ensure that you stay focused on what you really want while giving you the tools you need to thrive.

Many of my CLIENTS come to me with similar CHALLENGES

  • They lack confidence and frequently experience imposter syndrome

  • They have big goals but do not know where or how to start moving forward

  • They frequently experience overwhelm and feel like they have a constant weight on their shoulders

  • As small business owners, they feel isolated and alone

  • They feel stuck, like their business is running them rather than the other way around

  • They know they are not putting their businesses out there the way they need to, and feel overwhelmed with social media and how to create a sustainable business development strategy

Coaching is a lot like designing a home; there is a process to follow, essential steps that create the best possible outcome while avoiding expensive mistakes. It is not something that you can rush. Instead, like building a home, there is an order to get things done, and every step has a purpose.

BECOME A CREATIVE RENEGADE

The Program begins with the foundational work that gets to the root of my client's challenges.  This work allows us to build a foundation for the growth goals my clients are looking to achieve.

During this year long program, you will learn how to become a Creative Renegade, experience more ease and flow, build a fully engaged team, hone your messaging and vision, and learn to trust in yourself above all else

All of this takes time. Time to see yourself and where you are now in an honest way. Time to uncover what you really want to create, not what you think you "should." Time to develop new habits, systems, and processes to support you in achieving your goals.

Becoming a Creative Renegade takes commitment and dedication to yourself, your goals, your vision, and your team. It is not a frivolous task, nor is it always a smooth road, but the results are worth the investment of time and money.

What people have told me this work has delivered

  • I feel like I am running my business rather than feeling like the company is running me.

  • Ginna helped me overcome my imposter syndrome, which I did not think was possible.

  • I cultivated more confidence.

  • I learned how to manage my time better regarding goals and tasks.

  • Ginna helped me to recognize when I am in a mindset that was not serving me and gave me tools to work myself out of that position so I can make better choices.

  • When I first started working with Ginna, my challenges felt like a mountain that I did not know how to tackle. After just a few weeks, she helped me see how to dig a tunnel through that mountain and move forward in a way that felt right and sustainable for me.

  • Ginna helped me to uncover my unique point of view, differentiating points and voice, and helped me develop a way to tell my story.

TESTIMONIALS

Working with Ginna is like having a guru for your brand.
— Sharon Lee, Krane Home

Before working with Ginna, the business was running me. I was not running the business. I have worked with consultants in the past, and Ginna is the only one who at the end of each call has been able to give me concrete tasks and information that has helped me and my business. Now things feel like they are in flow and I have fallen in love with my work again.
— Kelley Vieregg, KVID
