Feeling Stuck?
One of my favorite things to experience as a coach, is watching my client transform. Creatives often come to me feeling stuck, and often tell me things like “I feel like I have lost the love I once had for the work I do,” or “I feel Ike my work has no meaning.”
I know this feeling all too well, because for years I felt the same way. I did things the way I was told to and followed someone else’s rules. As a result, my work felt like stepping into a world of black and white and I wanted to be living in color.
The process of reinvigorating a person’s passion for their career is less complicated than you’d think. In fact the answers always seem and sound very simple.
It all starts with pinpointing the places where that feeling of stagnancy begins. My gift, which I am just beginning to fully realize, is helping my clients look at these areas from a different perspective to find the solutions that they could not uncover on their own.
The results inevitably are that they begin to feel a sense of freedom, they begin seeing possibility everywhere they turn, and the love for their work begins to return.
Where are you feeling stuck in your business or career?
What would be different for you if you were able to instead step into possibility?
