Six weeks to overcoming overwhelm and becoming a more impactful leader

I spent the first 15 years of my career feeling miserable. I had no roadmap for where I wanted to go, zero vision, and little connection to my mission and values. I followed the advice of others because I did not have the confidence to listen to myself, which resulted in feeling dissatisfied and like I was not even scratching the surface of my fullest potential.

My perspective began to shift in 2011 when a chance meeting with a very famous street artist changed everything. My work and exposure to the artist Shepard Fairey and his wife Amanda, helped me create a vision that I felt so connected to that even the most challenging obstacles could not deter me from moving forward. And it was the first time in my life that I felt like I was doing work with meaning.

After achieving servals successes, including becoming Chairwoman of the West Hollywood Design District, I still had periods in my career where I experienced self-doubt and the feeling that I was not fully stepping into my potential. Then, on a cloudy Thursday morning, I heard these words come flying out of my mouth, "I am the one that is getting in my way."

In my work now as a coach, I help my clients get out of their own way, achieve clarity of vision so that they can unleash their potential on the world.

Weekly 1 Hour Video Sessions

In these highly engaging sessions, you are guided through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of breaking destructive old habits and creating new ones that support your success. As a result, you leave inspired and energized for the week's daily practices.

Exclusive App Guiding Your Daily Practice

Each day a different focus for daily practice is assigned through a personalized companion app available exclusively to program participants.

Interactive Gym

Located within the app, these practices can be done in as few as 10-seconds intervals, allowing you to learn to be clear-headed and calm even in the midst of great challenges.

Daily Progress Tracking

The app tracks your daily progress against minimum targets associated with new neural pathway (new habit) formation. Personalized daily coaching tips continue to both encourage and challenge you to keep going.

Every Monday, I lead a 1-hour Group Session to reflect on and review the video material, answer questions, and provide coaching support.

One On One Support

In addition to the hour-long group sessions, you will receive two one-on-one coaching sessions that you can schedule at any time.
