Who Is Coaching For?

Even though coaching has become a mainstream way for many to access their fullest potential at work and in life, I find that many people do not understand what it is and who it is for. Here are some of my thoughts on the matter.

If you are not interested in change, breaking old habits to create new ones, or willing to navigate discomfort while trusting the process, then coaching is probably not for you.

If, however, you believe that you have more to offer the world but cannot seem to figure out how to unleash your potential, then this work might be for you.

If you long to take bold action, take creative risks, and have an impact, this work might be for you.

If you are more interested in standing out, showing the world who you are rather than blending in, then this world might be for you.

If you have a point of view and tend to pick the more challenging road because, in the end, you believe it is the best choice, then this work might be for you.

If your deepest desire is to create a holistic vision, work collaboratively, and stay open to new ideas without losing sight of your values, this work might be for you.

Here is the deal. No one needs coaching. Coaching falls into the want category. So if you are a person who is constantly questioning the status quo, pushing your way forward, and always looking to evolve, click below to schedule a free discovery call to find out how coaching can support you.
