Welcome to Part Two of the Transform your Business Masterclass. The goal of this part of the course is to teach you all you need to know to create a digital marketing strategy for your business that builds on the incredible foundation that you have created with Ginna in the first half.  

Over the next five lessons, I’m going to teach you a framework, a system, that takes all of the work that you have created with Ginna and turn it into a digital marketing strategy for your business. 

You’re going to learn the exact step-by-step process I use with my own clients to create, post, and analyze content for your brand.

⭐️  BRAND BOOK EXERCISES: Each module will have a video and downloadable Brand Book exercises that will allow you to apply the concepts we’ve introduced in each lesson. If you want to work on the Brand Book exercises in Google Sheets, use this link. For each module, you’ll see a Brand Book pdf that you can download, print out, and write on for each module (recommended!). 

⭐️  EXAMPLE BRAND BOOK: Throughout the next 5 modules, I’ll use the example of an interior design client who is interested in booking more clients for her business in the summer. For each Brand Book exercise, I will show you how I would use this exact system we’re following to create a digital marketing plan for her business. You can follow those examples by downloading the Example Brand Book. These examples should help answer any questions you may have about the overall process, but don’t forget to reach out to our community and to Ginna or me directly if you need 1:1 support.

Module 9

DIGITAL MARKETING 101

In this module, we’ll begin with an overview of Digital Marketing – what digital marketing really means and how you can use it to create a stand out brand online. You’ll learn what “digital channels” mean and how they work to help tell your stories online, how to create a Customer Decision Journey (AKA “The Marketing Funnel”), and all about the Digital Marketing Campaign Framework we’ll use to create your brand’s marketing plan in the next module.

Module 10

YOUR MARKETING PLAN

In Module 10, we’ll learn the step-by-step process to creating a digital marketing plan for your business, how to set goals, and how to determine the key messages and channels you’ll use to implement your plan.

Module 11

Creative Strategy

In this module, we’ll show you how to take the Digital Marketing Plan you created in the previous lesson and develop a creative strategy for it. We’re going to learn about best practices for creating content, an amazing approach to content development called Circular Viralocity, what exactly those social media algorithms actually mean, and how to best use hashtags online.

This module is formatted a bit different from the rest. Watch the short video below, then watch the videos for the tools that you want to learn for your own business. Come back to this module and learn new tools as you grow in confidence and want to add to your digital toolkit!

MODULE 13

Create and Evaluate

In the previous modules, we’ve learned what digital marketing is, why it’s important to create a detailed plan BEFORE you begin creating content for your brand, how to generate key messages that resonate with your ideal clients and customers and what channels to focus on to reach them in their decision journey. You also learned which online tools can support your digital marketing approach, and how to use them. 

In this final module, we’re going to learn how to create content for your blog, social media, and newsletter. I’m going to show you how I would create these for my hypothetical interior design client who is hoping to grow her business in the summer. 

As you start to create your own content, remember to revisit the resources from this course as well as the community for support. Watch the videos again and again if needed. And If you need additional help, remember we’ll be reviewing your work each month in our meetups, or you can always reach out and schedule a 1:1 strategy session and I can help you with any questions you have.
