Transforming businesses is passion of mine

 

One that has been with me for a very long. My drive for uncovering a brand’s message and then connecting that message to every marketing strategy, every event, and every interaction with a client or potential client began with my first job out of college.

I have often said that, “All I ever really needed to know I learned at Giorgio Armani,” and the more years pass and the more work experience I gain, the more I believe it to be true.

You see I was lucky enough to have one really amazing boss. Her name is Paula Faulk and she was the VP of Merchandising. She really made me understand how a brand communicates their identity through every touch point with their client, from the design of the space itself to the way the sweaters are folded in a drawer, they all communicate a message.

This understanding made me feel connected to the brand and as a result I cared about how every item was place and every client was taken care of. And I want you to think about this for a moment, I became a better employee because I had clarity. The only reason I had that clarity was because Paula also had clarity and so did the brand.

This is the work I now aim to do with Creators, Small Business Owners, and Teams, give them the clarity they need to uncover who they are as a brand. Because when you have clarity you not only do your produce more engaged employees, but you make better decisions, attract better clients and create a connection to your brand.
